Vinyasa Flow yoga has both physical and mental benefits, improving strength, flexibility, and general wellbeing, whilst the synchronisation of movement and breathing is a meditative experience, helping to calm and quieten the chatter of the mind.
Government guidelines regarding COVID-19 are adhered to in my studio spaces; including social distancing, the cleaning of mats, and the provision of hand sanitiser. Studio classes are occasionally broadcast to others via Zoom, for those students who might still feel unsure about attending a class in-person during the current crisis.
My weekly drop-in classes are currently not taking place (due to my recent relocation) but will be available again very soon. However, online classes are taking place (via Zoom) and are comprised of hour-long group sessions.
