In Frauke’s own words: “I teach a range of yoga, meditation and yoga Nidra classes at retreats & local venues on Fuerteventura. If you are a yoga teacher, I can also support in arranging national or international retreats in beautiful locations and organising hosting, world-class teaching staff and vegan / vegetarian cooks.”

However, I think the most powerful demonstration of the potential in Alex’s treatments comes from the words of a dying neighbour, who Alex offered to treat in an effort to ease the man’s pain, and bring a sense of peace and wellbeing back into his remaining days:
“If death feels anything like this, then bring it on.”
